Hyatt Regency Green Bay

Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes Hallenbad. Die Bar ist toll, das Essen dort ist auch gut. Wir bemänngeln den Zimmerservice. Einmal wurde gar nichts gemacht. Wir verlangten neue Tücher am Frontdesk. Diese wurden dann einfach vor die Türe gelegt. Am zweiten Tag meldeten wir uns vorgängig an der Reception, dass wir housekeeping bräuchten. Es wurden lediglich die verbrauchten Tücher mitgenommen und das Bett so halbpatzig gemacht, dass wir es nochmals machen mussten. Housekeeping ist miserabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schön und günstig.

They charge $10 fir you ro park, even though youre already paying for your room. Rhey put a $50 hold on your car as well. Just a bit much for me.

I’ve never been disappointed when staying at this hotel. The prepared to order breakfast is also tops.

We were very excited to get out of town for a quick trip & it was decent... The first room we were in was nice but there was tape on the walls (like someone prior to us had decorations up?) on both sides of the headboard. The bathroom was rough and needs work. And the face plate on the fire extinguisher nozzle above the bed was hanging on the spray nozzle and was filthy! We lucked out with a yippy dog next door and couldn’t handle it & called the front desk. They were super nice and moved us down 2 floors to the same room. This room was much nicer! Cleaner. More updated. The bathroom was still not the nicest and the toilet took a long time to flush. But it was much better than 629! The breakfast that came with our room was delicious and we were very happy they offered it To Go! Hotel guest were decent with wearing masks but there were a lot of people without masks even with signs EVERYWHERE telling customers to wear them! The staff was super friendly and accommodating!

The Hyatt in Green Bay is where I prefer to stay when in Green Bay. Their breakfast is quite nice and the rooms are very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are very professional and very kind. The corner suites are very spacious. If you stay in Green Bay, stay at the Hyatt. You will not regret it.

$50 for 3 for breakfast, extremely long wait for the elevators, Hot tub was drained in the name of covid but the pool was over packed and no staff enforcement of social distancing. broken glass in the parking lot still didnt get cleaned up after asking at the desk. very unhappy

The only that pissed me off was that we are both smokers and it was very cold outside so we would smoke a half of a cigarette then go back to the room long story short they blamed us for smoking in the room when we did not at all we wete on cameras going out to smoke they need to find a different way to do thier "smell test" othet then that was a great stay never had problems ever before with this place

was rather busy. and the staff did a great job especially with the breakfast. considering they just use to have a self serve set up..

A nice hotel in Green Bay. Really beautiful interior design. The rooms were very nice. Felt a little like an apartment. Fitness center was great as well as the Market that had snacks and drinks available. I wasn’t aware of the parking fee but it was minimal and added to the room fee. The pool looked really nice but didn’t get to use it. The customer service was very good even amid the pandemic. Check in/out was a breeze. The hotel was about 10 minutes from Lambeau Field.
