The pool and exercise room were closed and the breakfast was minimal due to Covid19. the room was clean as was the hotel. Coffee was only accessible from the front desk for the breakfast.

Called hours before booking and specifically asked about the pool, hot-tub and workout room to make sure they were open. Was told "yes" everything working fine no shut downs, so I went ahead and booked the room online. When I arrived the hot tub was shut down. Do we have a listening problem? or miscommunication within the hotel? Pissed off big time! Didn't even offer a discount. Should have got a free night for that .

Nice and big room! Comfortable beds! Great breakfast! House keeping needs to pay a little more attention there were remnants of the previous guest shave clippings on yhr bathroom counter. Nice location!

Great quality and comfortable bed
The beds are comfortable and it is quiet. The location is also very good as there are eating places all around the hotel. The staff was also very helpful in checking me in quickly and they even helped me extend my stay and offered the best deal they could find. I highly recommend this place for the quality of service and the comfortable beds.

The cleanliness of the property was great even in the corners and around the lights. The breakfasts were good with a nice variety. I liked the welcoming, warm fireplace in the lobby and the fresh evening cookies. The staff were very kind, helpful, friendly. I can't think of anything I disliked about the property.

We were very disappointed that each day when we took a shower the temperature of the water was just barely warm enough to take a shower.

Breakfast was really great, clean just need to improve on staff they need to be more friendly and inviting from front desk person, to the cook but housekeeper were very friendly.. I would recommend staying here again
