La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Boise Airport

Incredibly spacious and comfortable. Not a lot of dining available nearby. Excellent value! Indoor hot tub great on a snowy night

We booked 2 separate stays for 2 nights each. For whatever reason they wouldn’t allow us to stay the 2nd night of our 2nd booking. Called us 2 hours before checkout and said we needed to be gone. No reason! Disrespectful and rude. Don’t care about their customers!

The hotel was okay. I’ve stayed at others and they where much clearer and nicer. Our fridge didn’t keep anything cold. Multiple times we had to get new keys because ours stopped working. The hot tub felt like there was sand in it as well as only 2 jets worked. After an 8 hour drive I was looking forward to a hot tub and was let down.

The pool and hot tub need renovations. I asked the front desk clerk for a room with a tub and she gave me the run around. I told her that I had seen on my reservation that I would have one. I was the only one in line and she couldn’t be bothered with me. I came into a room with a shower after she told me she checked it. A little customer service would be great. It’s also 2 am and I can hear the loud tv through the wall of my neighbors and I can’t sleep.

It’s a pet friendly and very accommodating, the nite reception lady named Sally was so helpful and very patience, the hotel is in a convenient location gor the Boise State university students Fsmily snd relatives.

Quiet and clean. Only stayed to sleep.

Found a few maintenance issues in the room: a decorative drapery panel fell down when I opened the blinds snd sheers, but didn’t impact my stay. There was a floor lamp propped in the corner with a shade held together by one piece of tape and a weighted base that was a pile of crumbles....again no impact, but why not remove it? The hallways needed a good vacuuming on the day I arrived and it happened sometime during my 3-day stay, so staff is short handed during Covid and in the end all is well. The staff was friendly and attentive and the room furniture and linens were serviceable. I would stay here again (convenient location). They actually offered a fairly robust selection of breakfast foods (all highly processed, but that is America today). They had good coffee and real half and half- so Kudos to them!!

Our door to one room was open, and the other room the extra door lock was damaged so you couldn’t secure the door .... we got in really late so we went to bed, we felt “okay”

The service was great, Jonathan at the desk was kind and polite in meeting all our needs. I got into it a bit with one of the guests taking up two parking spots, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Breakfast was pretty lame, but that is typical in these covid times. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
