Hotel Gran Versalles

Excellent location. Beautiful city Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. Once we contacted Hotels.com to try to change hotel they offered another room which was similar but without a view. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms and hard to get a drink from hotel. Went down about 5.30 in the morning because it was hard to sleep to try to get a hot drink to be advised that there were no staff until 7. Went down again just after 7 to be told we had to pay for a full breakfast to get a drink. Would visit Madrid again but wouldn’t stay at the same hotel

Very good location. Very clean. Beds and pillows super confort. Good service and very friendly staff.I will go back again.

Everything was great except the temperature controller I the room was not working. There was central heat which forced us to open the window which made it very noisy at night

Nice and clean but constantly disturbed by refurbishments. Rooms looking tired Very disappointed one of our rooms was poor quality even though we paid the same price for both rooms. Rooms too hot Housekeeping and front desk staff were very good.
