The Ffolkes Hotel

Great hotel - perfectly relaxed stay in a lovely room. The food was great both at breakfast and in the evening... perfectly positioned to get to all of the gems of the Norfolk coast! Best of all whilst we were all masked up it felt clean and safe.

Lovely place and staff very helpful and pleasant despite the current conditions with covid. They made every effort to ensure customers safety. The room was clean and well decorated and had all the facilities you wish for. There was a good menu with one of the best breakfast menus I have ever seen. One little negative is that big sliding door into bathroom doesn’t work for me but on the whole top marks for hotel and staff

Modern decor which felt calm and very clean.Extremely comfortable beds with white Egyptian cotton bedding.Very spacios bathroom in the Family suite of rooms we stayed in.Well organised dining room to cope with Covid restrictions.

The Folkestone hotel is situated on the very busy and noisy A148. There is nothing else around in the village but it is a good location from which to explore north Norfolk and Kings Lynn area. The hotel is a pub that has rooms, a few in the main building and mostly in a motel style, where we stayed. Our room was creatively designed in a contemporary style, which we loved. The restaurant was a buffet style pub food fixed price of £21.95 for 3 courses, great if you have a big appetite but wasteful and expensive if not, you cannot just order one or two courses.
