No free parking($12/night), not sure why not free or less expensive. Wanted to watch playoff football game in room on Fox, couldn't get that channel. Big disappointment. Also, I think I booked a mountain view room and did not get that either. The service at the hotel was great, but the amenities were certainly lacking. I thought staying at the Doubletree was a little bit more upscale, but the remote for the tv didn't even have a cover for the batteries(they was tape over them). There was no chocolate chip cookie upon check in, and I dont know if it's because of covid, but there's not even a breakfast either.
Our one night stay in Denver was nice
The bathroom sink was dirty, towels had stains on them, food all in refrigerator and when i called they informed me that the pool and free breakfast was included and neither was!!!
My boyfriend and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and every single time we have had issues with the TV not working at all or not working properly. With the pandemic, there is not much to do so we like to watch TV, but even when there is a functioning TV in the room, the TV Guide doesn't work so searching for shows is a pain. The channel selection is abysmal as well. We will not return unless that gets changed.

We didn't stay! It was awful! The lobby was beautifully remodeled and the front desk clerk was courteous. We parked and entered the hotel through an entry that was littered with trash to enter an elevator that was completely filthy. Our room appeared to be tidy, but it was old and had a musty odor of mold, old carpet and an over abundance of disinfectant. The smell was overwhelming and gave us a headache. We immediately returned our key, cancelled our reservations and relocated.
The room was spacious, needs and bedding comfortable. Indoor pool was a cool feature. Hotel location ideal to interstate access. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Bathrooms very tiny. Linens awful. Good Location!!
