Friendly Vallarta All Inclusive Family Resort & Convention Center

Staff relates to "Friendly." Have visited facility a number of times and always felt more than welcome.

Very nice resort. Clean and friendly with excellent service. The views were breathtaking. Several pools the adult pool was awesome and the drink service there was inpectable. The buffets were hit or miss. My concern was it was open air and watching them fight off the nats while serving me was horrible..i had several nats in my food...The food was all low grade but heck its mexico.The coffee shop was excellent. .The brick oven pizza was ok. I would go there again but i hope after covid the inside resterants are open again.

It was ok, it wasn’t the best all inclusive we have stayed at in Mexico, it’s actually the worst all inclusive we’ve stayed at but I don’t know if this had to do with COVID-19 rules. We did see that there were many precautions and rules going on which were good but there was no room service and there was nothing inside my fridge and I was told it was because they upgrade me to beach view so I would t be getting any drinks so I basically had to go to an Oxxo to find water bottles since it was so hot. The restaurants were always packed and there was lines to get into many of them. They all close at 10pm and they do open a taco spot from 10:30-5pm. The waiters stopped serving after 6pm at the beach and pool area so we basically had to do it ourselves. For the price the place was t that bad but I would definitely not stay there again.

Enjoyed the sushi and Frida restaurants. Enjoyed the coffee place and ice-cream. Rooms were spacious and view was outstanding. Entertainment was so-so. Found the bathroom lacking in storage and towel racks.

The location to downtown Puerto Vallarta is great and bus service is close and easy! Activities at the Friendly is good for all ages and the staff makes a great effort to let people know when things are happening! Only complaint- they do NOT enforce the No Smoking rule. There are special areas for smokers but some people prefer the non smoking areas AND Friendly does nothing about this regardless of complains from non smoking patrons!!

There are separate swimming pools for adults and children which is good. Food menu is boring, same for lunch and dinner. Very good coffee bar, at least 8 different coffees, always available TV channels very limited

Traveled here solo to study for a cert exam. I was a bit worried that it might be filled with rowdy spring breakers but it was chill af. Great food and activities. Gym is decent for a hotel with several treadmills.

This is our 3rd trip to this resort. This year there were ALOT of kids and local families. Might have to look for another, adults only resort, next year

Great food and excellent staff, clean rooms, and general areas

The staff were friendly and willing to help in anyway. Lots of activities and entertainment at the property. Large selection of foods. Hamburgers and fries, sushi, local foods, sea foods, soups and salads to name a few. From take-out style and buffet to fine dining. Although there were many choices of food, after staying for almost two weeks, we were missing home foods.
