This property should not come Up when you search by a 4 star hotel. The property is fine but closer to. 2.5-3 star property.

Really great suite, with the property located close by Sloane's lake. On site parking is limited, but they were able to accommodate our 25' RV in one of the 3 available oversize offering spots for 10 dollars a day. Otherwise on- street parking is available but limited. Really loved the accommodations and quality of the apartment.

Clean but nit convient at all and dont even tbink about checki g un 10mins early or late checkout, its NOT happening but all in all give it A 6.2

I was surprised to find that it was Apartments where people also lived at. Very different but it was nice. Air conditioner didn't work for me though. Other than that 5 out of 5

I liked the furnishings in this place, the layout was good and spacious. Location was good for what I needed. Equipped and most things you could possibly need. Now for the negatives; which ended up being deal breakers for me; the property is outfitted with old boilers in order to heat the building. Does not have central HVAC system. When the room was prepared, both furnaces were turned on so when I arrived the room was well over 90 degrees. I called some number I was given prior to check in to voice my concerns over the extreme temp of the room; the solution I was given was to turn on the window units to counteract the heat. I had to sleep with the windows open and both window Ac units turn to coldest setting just to keep the room tolerable. I also paid for a parking space which was then taken by someone. Again, I called whatever number I was given and spoke to the same person who doesn’t identify who he is or his affiliation with the property. The whole process of this place was very unusual and not properly thought out. The building consists of people who live there and folks that stay when traveling. I spoke to a resident that lived there and she said she often has to sleep with all windows open because of how hot it can get. It was quite miserable for me at first. I ended up not staying my second night. For my personal preference I would probably stay elsewhere when I come back to Denver. This place just wasn’t the place for me.

Very nice Apartment, easy to access. Only complaint would be the furnace was loud(not use to furnace noises. Very quiet. I would definitely stay again. Thanks so much

The hotel was great. The only thing I would say negative about it is that there was no heat when we woke up in the morning. The radiator was cold and it was 10 degrees outside.

This was a really nice place & great for the cost. The whole check in was done before via phone so it was quick to get in. You will have to pay for parking as it's a residential area so there really isn't street parking available. We were told our car was "popular" in the covered parking as 2 to 3 people came to look in it to possibly break in.

The place was the worst place I have stayed in a long. There was no central air so it was a radiator that make horrible clicking sounds all day/night long. We could no tell if it was on or off and it was very cold. They gave us(2 adults) 2 bath towels for 4 night. We had to go and buy our own towels just so we could use clean towels to shower.

Simple and clean property, the neighborhood doesn't have much going on but was a nice place to retreat to. Quiet at night.
