Good place. Good position. Reception ladies are friendly smiley.. The only minus i found is the room.. If they invest in modernisation that would be great.. Our room 21 was pretty dated and the window is horrific. View absolutely equivalent zero.. But overall stay was good we had not issues thank you

Good position close to Sorrento center with easy bus route if needed. Nice view from room of sea.

This hotel is located just outside Sorrento. The walk into town and where most of the tourist shops and restaurants are is doable. It’s about a 20 mins walk (of course depending on speed). The hotel has a beautiful sea view just a few steps from the entrance. The road is blocked off so you can enjoy and take nice pics. There’s also a very nice beach nearby (3 mins walk). There’s parking if you’re looking to park your vehicle. Friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast is good but I recommend going earlier since they tend to run out of juice and sometimes certain foods. Your room gets cleaned everyday (we didn’t get a sign to say do not disturb). My only complaint would be the smell from the bathroom but if you turn your AC on it goes away. Also, it’s weird but they don’t give you a new roll of toilet paper even if you’re about to run out... we had to go ask the front desk.

Good location, near fine views of Bay of Naples. Friendly and helpful staff. Needs to employ night staff.

Amazing view but room was not cleaned that often. Only received one set of fresh towels.

We were extremely disappointed with our visit. We arrived and the sheets and blankets were stained. The space was also beyond small and the floors were dirty. The worst part was the shower was covered in ants. We stayed at 7 hotels in our 2 weeks in Italy and this was the most expensive and most disappointing.

The property has a great location and the staff are lovely.

This hotel is perfectly basic, super clean and comfortable. The price was terrific, as was the free breakfast. A friendly lady baked and prepared it everyday, as well as made cappuccinos for us. There were a few ant coming from the shower head, but it wasn’t a big deal to me. I’m sure the beautiful citrus orchards all around and on the property make this a common issue. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The area is safe at all time of night. The property if large and has lots of spots where you can lay low and relax. The staff is friendlyand helpful. Thay adopted us as part of the family.
