Best Western Northwest Indiana Inn

I liked the size of the room , the staff was friendly, the bed was amazingly comfortable

It smelled horrible the smell bothered me the entire time.

The stay was okay the room was not the cleanest. After my stay, someone at the front desk called to tell me that someone who checked us in “forgot” to get a card and that they need one to charge a pet fee. The woman was very rude when I tried to understand what it was I still owed, as I had already checked out of the room.

Friendly customer service. Clean and spacious rooms will come again

I was disappointed when we checked in. Room didnt lookalike the photos or reviews. Its old hotel that was partially renovated. Sheets and towels are so old. Floor is vinyl cold. Old Mattress that was uncomfortable. Bad experience, and was overpriced. They just saw put nice modern lamps and furniture to cover up the bad condition of hotel. On the top of that someone was smoking next door and fume in our bathroom was overwhelming.

I wanted to booked a hotel that had a breakfast buffet. Saturday morning I learned that there is not a breakfast buffet on the weekend, so I had to go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast with my sister who met me at my hotel to have breakfast with me. I invited her for breakfast but found out there was only burritos and cold potatoes. Probably my only complaint.

This property just met my minimum standards for hotel stay. They call it a restaurant, but just barely a restaurant. They call it a bar, but just barely a bar.

Okay where did I start..You have to drive down this dark unlit road that's very bumpy and has a lot of pot holes go extremely slow. Got there after check in young lady was very nice and polite. The inside very clean, organized in smelled nice I knew the stay should be just as good not at all. First room we checked into smelled like mold or mildew went back to the front to inform the front desk staff got another room with credit for the pub inside of the hotel which was very nice of her. Second room good very thing is going well me & my fiance made plans to come back but than the check out went wrong...some guys up at 7am talking & laughing by our door but the icing on the cake I pulled down a towel to dry my face and it was blood stains that hasn't come out in the wash. At that point, I was done nothing they could do or say. Packed up immediately to leave and spoken with front desk. Fix my complaints and your ratings will go up especially that road to the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was a little worn, but the beds were clean and comfortable.

The room was dirty, covers seem dirty, bathroom no clean at all. Breakfast was disgusting, not what we expect. I had a reservation for 3 nights and I ended canceling the other 2 nights, that’s how bad it was. When I try to cancel the Person at the desk said that I had to call Expedia even when I paid at the hotel with my credit card.
