I am not sure if they were remodeling the rooms, or just the room I stayed in. It wasn't put together as a hotel room should of been. the breakfast area was clean, and offered a variety of options. The freeways were easily accessible allowing you to venture anywhere in Indianapolis in a matter a minutes. A few places were in walking distance. a few hours before checkout. the electricity went out. but came back in.. Except for the heat, television, and hot water. I hope that got that taken care of. overall I would stay here again.

Very disappointed hotel canceled my reservation and left my family stranded on Christmas vacation hotels.com refused to use credit from hotel refund and still waiting 7 to 15 days for refund. The check-in was a very easy process but after getting to the room the room was still dirty there was hair in the bathtub we purchased two beds in our room and only got one towel one hand towel one washcloth the toilet did not work I will not return to this location it's like they went in there and didn't made the beds and didn't change the bed sheets or anything overall terrible!!! Breakfast was ok simple items

Not worth the deal
The room was dirty. There was a white substance splattered on the bathroom door. The bathroom sink was plugged. There wasn't any soap in the room. The breakfast had food spilled all over and the waffle mix was water. We didn't eat. The carpet had debris on it. I would never stay here again.

Typical For what it is
This hotel is typical for what it is. A cheaper hotel. Though it is a decent hotel for the price, it has all the same noticeable things among hotels like it. Some issues in the bathroom are a fan not working, damaged walls, or poor workmanship when constructing the room. There was not a safe in the room. I have even rented one of the extra-spaced suites that didn't have any extra furniture. So no desk/workstation and no lounge chair or couch. only had a bed, nightstand, and TV stand that was it.

This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. From check-in where the agent was surly and on the phone the entire time and absolutely rude to the dusty room and cold coffee in the morning. It was horrible. We just needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but I would never go back
