Hi Residences

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place to stay. 1st, during winter, the temperature is too warm and it can't be adjusted as the air conditioner does not work. As a result, one has to open the window for the cold air to come in to cool down the room but you would get noises from the street coming into the room when you are sleeping. 2nd, the thermostat functions as a heater for the floor but it doesn't follow the temperature shown such as 4 degrees Celsius. When it is turned on, it makes an audible sound every 2 minutes. 3rd, the bedsheets and blanket are not that good quality as it generates more noise than normal bedsheets and blanket. On the plus side, Hi Residences is responsive to your messages.

Location is good, close to the shopping district, nearby there is a lot of eateries and convenient store. Provide free parking for those who are driving in Jeju. Property is new and well kept, the room is clean and cosy. Everything is great! Thumb Up!!

Spacious and modern in a convenient area. Everything you need is in the room (except for toothbrush / paste, but we brought our own) . There's no front desk, so if u have any inquiries, make sure you send them a message to clarify. Response from staff via email and in-app messages are fast. We had a pleasant stay!

Amazing location, Shops & Restaurants nearby. Liked the keyless lock system. Very pleased wt 3 nights stay.

We were very pleased with the reception staff....they went out of their way to help solve a problem with a train reservation we had...it is an older hotel ..very clean easy to walk to tube

Excellent location with shopping areas and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

For a new building, there were a surprising amount of holes in the walls. Given the current wave of spycams in Korea, it was not the most reassuring, and made it a little harder to relax. Other than that, the room was good with great facilities.

First, this building is new. Of course it is very clean and everything inside the house is new as well. I stayed at similar airbnb type studios before, but this one was by far the best. It is only few minutes drive to the airport and it has convenient stores and restaurants couple steps away from the location. I didn't really see any negative aspect of this place. RECOMMEND!
