It was a good and inexpensive stay for an overnight. The bed was comfortable. Easy access to the airport. I realize this has been a very difficult year for the hospitality business, but there was routine maintenance that wasn't done.

Overall for the price it was a nice room in a good area. I was blindsided by $100 per night incidentals charge upon arrival, sign in the lobby said it was for debit/prepaid cards and I paid with credit card, probably should change the sign and or warn people about this when booking. The guy who checked me in was kinda rude. My room key device on the door needed to be charged as I had to have the next shift clerk come open my room with a real key after I had gone out for a bit. She was super nice and personable. My room was nice but I found what looked like popcorn hulls on the floor next to bed, and the toilet ran.

Hotel room smell very bad. Like everything is very old. Need to be updated.

After a restful night I headed toward my new home and then got a phone call. The staff had found my tablet which I had left in my room. They were very helpful and as I was over 150 miles away, they arranged for it to be delivered to me overnight. Everyone was very courteous and I so appreciate their honesty!! Thank you to the cleaning staff, the front desk and the general manager.

Bathroom was cleaned very poorly or not at all towels had hair on them tub & floor had hair as well bathroom floor was dirty & dusty looking like it hadn’t been mopped in a while all other areas was clean bed was comfortable

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. It was old moldy food in the refrigerator. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, very dusty. Overall I was quite disappointed.

Asked for a wake up call. Glad i set my alarm. I never received it. Asked for a shuttle in the am. No shuttle. Had to wait for a cab. Flight was at 6am. Left hotel at 5.. Asked for extra towels said thank you. The young man just walked away

The hotel needs attention and updating. They charge $100 deposit which is not stated until you get to the front desk. There was a big hole in the wall at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor; rust around the drain in the bathtub; the back of the entertainment center was coming apart (but they charge a $100 deposit in case there is damage done to the room); the sofa is outdated/dirty/and pillows going flat; and the cable wasn't working when I got to my room--but they sent someone to fix it. Again I stress the fact that they charge $100 deposit with all of this going on.
