They had to change us to a different room the first one was terrible the sheets had make up and blood hair and the shower was so dirty the second room was better but the cleaning was not that good with Covid you would think cleaning was a Priority but no
No television since Friday night
This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve been in other extended stays but this one is dangerous
Nothing to like. Property was dirty, not maintained, and service was nonexistent.
TV was broken.
Hotel is well maintained and clean. Well worth the rate.
Dumpy hotel
This has been the worst hotel stay I've ever had ! Had to wait on room . Carpets need to be changed very nasty, counter tops and fridge needed to be wiped down. There was some type of a/c cleaning crew working on premisses and I was not alerted to this when I checked in. Food crumbs on floor by bed, entry door and windows need to be fixed. I will never stay at another dive like this.No kitchen ware in room... I travel alot to various cities. This is suppose to be a nice quality hotel..." What the Hell happened?!
I had been working in the heat for 4 hours loading a moving van, so i wasn't thinking at my best. This was on me. I used the ap to find someplace inexpensive for the night where i could just shower and rest. I booked Extended Stay in El Paso in a hurry without reading further information. The receptionist was very professional and understanding, so I'll state that first. The first room she put me in reeked of weed. She switched me to another room and it seemed ok, but as i got in the shower, there was an obvious issue with the mixing valve, and the water only trickled out. I was in the military for 21 years, so a "field-shower" was nothing new to me, so that's what I did. The tv reception was trash, as the pucture was never clear. The area is kind of sketchy, but there are food options nearby and a Big Lots across the street for incidentals. The hotel itself is obviously for people up to nefarious deeds whether drugs or prostitution (saw a few of those) so next time I'm here I'll steer clear of this area. The west-side is much better in El Paso.
Honestly, I just remember waking up in a perfectly comfortable bed with the ac on blast and it felt so nice, didn’t make any rattling sounds, didn’t hear the neighbors argue at all, the room was spotless and clean. The bathroom had towels, soap, shampoo and no bugs or mold anywhere that I could see. The front desk lady was super nice and not rude and so were the housekeepers. So overall I loved my stay and I recommend Anyone and everyone to go there if they ever need a night to themselves or for family.
