Gute Lage für Besuche in Disney World.
My family and I love this resort. From the front desk staff to the room our night was peaceful. The only downfall is they said the pool was heated but it still felt super cold. The view from our balcony was lovely. There is also a little mirror near the sink that’s perfect for makeup and lights up. The TV remotes were in plastic (a plus for COVID!) I’d say the bathroom is a bit tiny and the water pressure isn’t too strong but everyone else made it worth it!
It was ok for a one night stay. We were there for an event. But there was no food available at the hotel. I was also looking for Aspirin at 6 pm on a Saturday night and there gift store was already closed. I was informed that there was a 7-11 across the street. The street is a 6 lane highway.
The hotel was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed our stay but did not enjoy paying $25 a day for parking that was not mentioned. Rooms were really nice, comfortable beds and loved having a balcony and we had a pool view!
The hotel room it’s self was ok. The hotel is very well located for restaurants, Disney Springs and Disney. But unfortunately left very unhappy because of multiple fees that were not clarified. Upon arrival I was told parking had a charge per night. There is no where else to park so you will have to pay to park. I had no problem with that since I needed parking. What was upsetting is when at checkout I thought I would only be paying for my parking $42 and got smacked with a bill of about $100 for parking and resort fees... just know the price you see online seems fair and then at checkout you will have a hefty amount of fees. In the end with the amount of fees I paid I could have stayed at a better hotel. Don’t be fooled by the low price per night.
I was very disappointed on this hotel special on the situation we are living right now, a lots fee charges like we are turits ,no no we are resident of florida.I won't recommended to any one.
It was great other then parking! We were forced to pay a machine to leave the parking lot when we went to dinner and then again in the morning when we checked out for a total of $50.00
I was very confused to have reserved a 4-star hotel and at arrival and on from there it was like a 2-star hotel I felt immediately lied to. First room A/C broken, and both rooms, cheap grandma super outdated bedroom, rust on metal equipment, old shower, pictures from website were definitely filtered and brightened it was darker then they showed. The little bit of staff they have are young taking care of an entire hotel, they don't do housekeeping due to pandemic nor any service but at least if I requested maybe towels, nope, request them several times to different people in order to finally get service, one time I had to walk all the way to front desk to get toilet paper because requested service that never came, never, not even later. After complaining they reduced my resort fees, and parking but still I paid full price for my stay at a hotel where I was lied to first of all on the value of the stars of hotel nowhere near a 4-star hotel, and lied to of all the accommodations they provide which were very mi-ni-mal. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel and I really hope it helps someone else to avoid going through my troubles, I really did not like having such bad expectations throughout my stay at this hotel during my family vacation.
The hotel was fine but all amenities but the pool (which is not heated) were closed. It just seemed like a basic hotel not a “resort” hotel. The water slide, shuttle and restaurants were closed. It is ridiculous that they are still charging a daily resort fee since the amenities are closed. There is also a daily parking fee which again is ridiculous.
