Super hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms.

This hotel has zero sound proofing between rooms! Aside from hallway noise, we could also hear sneezing, nose blowing, music, tv, showers, toilet flushes, ice machine dispensing, slamming doors, outside car noises and talking, dogs barking in rooms, and the worst of all, we heard our upstairs neighbor stomping, pacing back and forth, and dropping things literally constantly from 8pm-2am our first night stay of three nights. Needless to say, that prompted a room change for us, but didn’t stop us from still hearing noises in the new room as well. Mind you, we are NOT picky about noises, we have two young loud children at home (not on the trip with us) so we are not sensitive to noise. But this was ridiculous. Also, the rooms were not very clean, we found previous guests hair all around the bathrooms (in both rooms!) and dog hair on the carpet of our second room.

Great hotel for a weekend getaway.

Very nice and new hotel. Excellent service! Great breakfast choices yet being covid conscious. Comfortable bed. Will definitely come again and recommend to others traveling!😊

We were on the third floor and the family above us had children running back and forth all night. The hotel was very inviting, friendly staff and I was impressed with the room.

The hotel was great! It looks brand new. The staff was very accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed is to check in early. They have a snack bar if you get hungry in the middle of the night. They also have outfoor seating with a fireplace (it wasn’t on).

Wonderful stay amenities always great. Service was also wonderful and the way they handled breakfast was SUPERB. No buffet type style.You went downstairs in the morning gave your order and they prepared it with gloves and everything in front of you and then you were handed your container to bring back to your room. I do have one complaint and that has nothing to do with the service or the hotel room but it is the MANDATIRY $25 additional charge on your credit card. ( the way they explained it is the $25 is if you l were charged anything to your room??? ) This is absolutely ridiculous So Home2suites can use $25 free money and then a very big delay in getting that $25 back. For this reason I ll be looking for other hotels in the future

Every time I travel to Chattanooga, this is my choice of place to stay. Close to everything. Great staff. Always clean.

Was very nice hotel front desk was nice but our room never got serviced in day 2

The unit was very well though off: super convenient for its small size; plenty of counter space and very nice finishes, comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our short stay a lot.
