This hotel was great! The front desk folks were really friendly and helpful. We arrived after midnight and had some questions about the best way to pick up our rental car the next day. The lady at the front desk really took the time to answer our questions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The man at the front desk in the morning, the day we left, was also very helpful. The 2 ladies who were serving breakfast were 2 of the friendliest people I have ever met. I would highly recommend this hotel. Note...their shuttle service from the airport ends at 11:45pm (which we knew ahead of time). Taxis have a flat rate (no meter) and the cost was $15.

I was disappointed with this hotel during my stay. I booked a king room with a sofa and instead got a handicapped queen room. Upon checking in I was never told that that type of room was unavailable and was just checked in and given a room key. When entering the room I noticed it wasn’t what I booked and returned back to the reception desk. That’s when I was told that there were no rooms available. I was quite confused since this was a pre-booked, pre-paid reservation. I asked if I could switch to the room I booked the following day after others checked out. I was told probably not. I tried calling Holiday Inn Customer Service to get some support, however I was told there was nothing that they could immediately do as when they called the hotel to see what the issue was it seemed that my room had been given away. They then told me that I needed to wait for the property manager to call me and follow up with a resolution. I’m still waiting on that call SMH. Overall the stay was ok, the room was ok as there were some patched areas and the roof had a spot where you can tell there was a leak. Other than that it was fine. I travel to the area at least once a month but I will definitely think twice about booking here again.

The room was comfortable enough, but our room had fingerprints and splash marks on the mirrors. The free hot breakfast also left much to be desired. I expected more for my money.

I always stay at this hotel and it’s very convenient to the things we like to do an downtown.. kids loved the rooms it was spacious..

Upon check in the clerk could have been more friendly. She barely said a word to me. No thank you, enjoy your stay, nothing. Other than that, it was great. We were out of conditioner and there was a couple of housekeepers in the hall and they were very friendly and helpful. The entire facility was clean. The beds were great. There was a coffee maker and coffee for our use in the room. It was less than a mile from the airport and very convenient. I would stay again!
