Motel 6 Atlanta, GA - Virginia Ave

Room was not cleaned properly but everything else was good

Left after right check in because the place was dirty and the parking lot was full of people looking into cars. There were homeless people and drug dealers soliciting outside. The clerk told people in line they were full but acknowledged after that they had rooms open. I lost my free night because I didn’t want to get murdered and had to find another room.

First off, i often don't get service for four days straight at Motel 6 on Virgina Ave. Today i went to check in and they did not honor my reservation with hotel.com having me pay more than I expected. This is acceptable. Telling her left me find email.... she states, ma'am there was no reservation made. Asking how long ago did i make it. I responded yesterday. What can i do?

There was clearly illegal activity at the hotel which made our employees very uncomfortable. We will not have employees stay again.

Overall it was okay for the price. The room however the lights or the outlet at the beds didn’t work. People were highly loud after midnight. Beds weren’t that comfortable either.

This property really has a lot of potential but there’s no sense of pride within the service. Dingy Rags and towels have been recycled to many times, room smelled of feet and cigarettes, no access to balcony, they have it nailed shut (fire hazard maybe)... could be a lot better...

Not Clean during pandermic need more sanitation’s d courtesy hands sanitizers in room missing and at the desk not wearing mask during pandemic front desk very nice but motel 6 is Not Providing enough to protect clients during this epidemic season a spray should be in each room I only stayed one night and that was enough to For me

I wanted a room where I can stay in during the afternoon. Services did not bother me once they know I was in the room.

Roaches in the room the sheets was dirty

Front desk lied about balcony access. Hotel was smelly and unkept.
