The check in procedure is for tech savvy people. Using an app you first download and then register on the app is not in everyone's skills set. The air conditioning failed twice. My ladt night was difficult as it was 35 Celsius and very muggy. Good location and latest mod cons on the positive side.

Property was exactly how the pictures were on website. Excellent location. Was so easy to get to most places from the apartment. Main reception was a 5 min walk and staff were very helpful and polite.

Check in process was frustratingly difficult . The app was useless. We couldn't get in after multiple attempts. Had to call eventually, which incurred extra expense for us. Hotel could have given us the codes and made the check in procedure more user-friendly.

Beautiful Apartment with excellent location. Toiletries are Very limited so bring your own. My only two recommendation to management are: 1) include more toiletries (example: just 1 little soap for our 4-people, 14-day stay) and 2) give a more complete and clear orientation on how to access the building and the apartment since no keys are provided during check-in.

Great apartment - if you can ever get into it!! They use an app-based keyless entry system which was incredibly unreliable. We were locked out of either the building or the apartment multiple times every day. So, be prepared to arrive with the app pre-loaded on your phone, be sure that you have international cell service, keep your phone fully charged at all times, pray that you will be able to get a signal, keep your fingers crossed that the app will actually work, be ready to try ten to fifteen times to get the doors to open, and memorize the emergency phone number of the office (which we had to use twice). This stupid app-based system ruined the experience because any time we left the apartment, we were anxious about whether we'd be able to get back in. Other than that, the apartment is fantastic, ideal location (close to restaurants, shops, all the sights and museums), spotlessly clean, well equipped. And the people at the front office are very nice and helpful and just as upset and apologetic about the non-functional key system as they should be.

Excellent service. One day probably the internet connection didn’t work and we can’t get in, but we called to report it and the answer was immediately very good managed. Thanks for everything.

Let me start with saying that apartment was VERY nice. Everything is new and clean. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows can be a little better. The bathroom and shower were clean and easy to use. Hot water and pressure were great! There is a washer/dryer combo in the suite which is awesome. My ONLY complaint is that there is a nightclub and some bars in the same building that go until 6am. It's not the tenant's fault, but it makes getting some sleep a bit difficult with people yelling, screaming and constant bass from the nightclub. Bring Earplugs if you can't sleep with noise.
