Seven Hills Palace & Spa

The staff was excellent. Mr. Sedat and his team were extremely nice and accommodating. It’s a beautiful clean hotel. They care so much about the guests in the hotel. If there’s something that you don’t like simply ask them to change it. The breakfast needs some upgrade but it’s acceptable. The location is amazing. The bed is amazing. I stayed once in this hotel and went to Bursa. I had to come back again to the hotel when comparing it to the others. Expect good polite staff greeting you all the time. The swimming pool is in the middle of the hotel. If you want to show off then that’s your stage.

Seven Hills is the epitome of luxury and excellence! Outstanding staff and service throughout my entire stay which is important when traveling solo. The property is phenomenal! Beautiful views from the terrace, spectacular breakfast area, sparkling pool, gorgeous spa, cozy seating areas and exquisite furnishings. As a flight attendant, I have had the opportunity to see the world and my opinion, Seven Hills is WORLD CLASS!

Despite the current difficult circumstances the Seven Hills Palace delivered an extraordinary level of comfort, service and cuisine during our stay. Flawles and I'm not easy to please. It's one of the best boutique hotels in Istanbul and quite likely the most spectacular antique property in the europe. Thank you.

The hotel was great, the service brilliant and the staff went that extra mile.... The location was also good with lots of shops and good restaurants in safe walking distance.

First of all the location of this hotel is just a short walk to visit the major attractions, whilst being slightly out of the way of all the busy tourist streets. The staff are genuine and amazing and do absolutely everything they can to help you with any issue you may have. They went above and beyond, finding ways to accommodate early check in and late check out, even at the late notice we have them. Breakfast was good but there is actually a sister hotel that has a rooftop terrace with views of the blue mosque and hagia Sophia - highly recommend having breakfast there at least once during your trip (just ask the staff and they will assist). Cleanliness of the room was good, but not perfect.

The decor of the hotel rooms are special, very over the top, but still beautiful. We had a problem with the jacuzzi in the room (it leaked and set the bathroom floor under water). The staff is exceptional - so super nice and accommodating. Top location, beautiful little streets, everything is walkable, including tons of restaurants and the markets. I love Istanbul!

Absolutely perfect. Beautiful hotel in new condition with large stylish rooms. Very clean. Great pool area with bar and view of the Bosporus. Location is also ideal to visit all the major sites within walking distance.

Fantastic hotel, great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back definitely.
