Perfect stay. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was awesome and the drinks from the bar were perfect.

We had a decent stay. It is a clean nicer hotel for the area. Our only complaint was our bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was hair in the tub and what appeared to be a drop of blood up under the vanity. It looked as if the room was quickly cleaned and they only wiped down maybe the toilet and counter. The other complaint was there is a parking fee not mentioned on hotel.com site. I always look for additional fees. This wasn’t mentioned but we had 3 vehicles so $60 to park is not cheap for a night. My wife said she thinks they maybe refunded part upon check out, but if that was the case then what’s the point of charging so much just to park then give it back if they did. Silly! Other than that the hotel is quite nice and clean. Staff was very friendly! Would still stay again.

Great stay! Awesome rooms with a great view!!

The location is perfect. We really liked the pool size and proximity to the beach. What was really disappointing to pay $15 per night for the hotel parking and the hotel service. We literally have to call front desk every day to ask crew to come over and bring clean pool towels because all towels were gone by 11am. Also breakfast was very bad. The only what they served every morning were scrambled eggs and sausage. There is no room service which didn't bother us much, but again we prefer they at least check for shampoo and soap before people are checking in instead of us running to the front desk again on the next day to ask for it.

Maybe a down fall to staying off season I'm not sure but it was not a cheap stay so I would expect same treatment as an in season stay! As much as room cost parking should have been included and they didn't even ask or confirm our vehicle or that we parked in garage. At check in we were told pool was open until 10p as well as all signs on pool area state that. We went down to pool before 8p and the pool bar was closed and at 8p someone came around and closed the pool. Also at check in was told there is food available at bar area on lobby floor in evenings but there was not and every drink I wanted there was something that they were out of and couldn't make it. It also didn't make sense to me that at the breakfast there was someone there to put all "hot" food on your plate for you due to Covid (food was not hot, eggs, sausage everything was cold). However everything else was self serve as well as coffee, creamer, condiments, etc. So you can't get your own "hot" food but everyone touches everything else. The way the coffee stir straws are set up just to get 1 out you probably touch several others. The hotel though itself was very nice and clean.

Nice and beautiful

Everything was nice and clean . Alittle difficult to find the lobby to check in, then having to go back to my vehicle to put in the parking tag by a certain time. Ground level would be much better for new guest arriving to check in.
