Whoever said this hotel is “good” has to have NEVER stayed at even a 3 star hotel. The front desk women at night during check in were so pleasant, but check out in the morning was rude, sounded like she didn’t care and interrupted me speaking. Immediately going in to my room it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The blankets had obvious stains, there was a bottle in the fridge from whoever was there before me, and a wet rag laying by it like housekeeping just wetted a face towel and wiped stuff down. To top it off, the toilet roll dispenser fell off the wall (it wasn’t even attached just sitting in a hole LOL). Also, I had no idea how to turn the ancient shower on and the rude, interrupting front desk lady said she didn’t know either! Any single females traveling alone STEER AWAY. I never felt so scared and uncomfortable staying at a hotel IN MY LIFE.
I have never left a bad review for anything. We paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 because it was so bad. I don't even want a refund. The reception ladies were sweet and helpful. First thing we noticed in the room was it smelled like smoke (was told it was non smoking) There was blood and hair on the back of the toilet. Paint cracking and peeling all over the walls of the bathroom. The beds were tiny and hard. Holes in the lampshades & stains all over the comforters. I don't expect luxury for $60 bucks but I have honestly stayed in Central American hostels that were cleaner. I also had an issue with one of the cleaning ladies. My daughter hates when we clean her nose so she was crying and someone banged on the door so we opened up and the cleaning lady was yelling at me and my husband. I was like uhh she just has boogers. Maybe she has had a bad experience finding babies alone in rooms or something and had some trauma and was just checking, I am not sure. We came back to the room around 6pm and our room still had not been cleaned or even picked up. Stay at your own risk. Nothing was clean. It made us cut our entire trip a whole day short.
Very clean hotel. Unfortunately I had my car broken into in the parking lot and the staff was unable to provide video recordings. Will not be returning due to safety issues.
The room was clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Very quiet. Breakfast was good in spite that it was to-go.
Hard to get into the room, didn’t have enough towels and room was worn down. But we were only there to sleep and shower so it worked. Breakfast was provided too.
I would give this hotel a better rating, but it’s ranked at 3.5 stars which IT IS NOT. I’ll start with the positives: clean and comfortable bedding & pillows, the young red headed clerk at the front was extremely pleasant, cable tv, fridge & microwave in room, a place to shower and sleep. Negatives, not a 3.5 star hotel which is what we’re were expecting since that’s what is on the hotels.com site. Looks NOTHING like photos. But more like a cheap hotel. Beds are tiny/double beds not queens, towels & toilet paper are like sandpaper, NO water pressure in bathroom, had to double flush just to have the paper go down, BAD part of town, remote for tv didn’t work, overall just wasn’t happy with choice. The older blond in the morning, for checkout was NOT pleasant.
It was pretty outdated from an interior perspective. The bathroom was not very convenient. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was above average. They did not have the room we ordered, and so we ended up with two double beds
Just a really seedy location. Everything was closed or shut down due to Covid. However, every other hotel I’ve been to still had breakfast and some services. Expect this hotel to use Covid as an excuse well into 2022.
The room was in disrepair, hair drier was coming off the wall, door knobs were coming off. Toilet backed up, but they did come a clear it.
Good price, clean rooms, front counter check in was slow. No security seen
