This is a superior accommodation that is brand new. We had a beautiful room with a view of the mountains and pool area. It was very lovely. My only complaint was that the glasses in our room were not clean and we had to ask three time for clean glasses and they still did not come. A small thing, but at over $500 a night, one would expect better service. On a positive note, we had trouble with the finicky ice machine and the pool maintenance person we met in the elevator solved our problem immediately by delivering us a huge bag of ice.

Not what we were expecting...
I never write reviews or am one to complain but this check-in and hotel process was so harrowing, I have to share.
We were called the day of our stay and told that they had overbooked the room type that we had booked, the hotel was nice enough to comp our stay and put us in a lesser room type (king vs. suite) which was fine with us since we were only staying one night with them.
Our check-in was quick, however, immediately after entering our king room, we noticed ants all over the media console. The front desk was able to switch us to another room, but after 5 minutes in that room, there were small flies that had gathered all over the white bedspread - gross! We called down and let them know and they switched us to a third room, this time with two queen beds, that finally was bug-free. I should note that each room we entered had the Hilton sealed for cleaning sticker on the outside as well, which was equally disheartening. I'm not one to complain, especially after our room had been comped in the first place, however, with the rating and standards of this hotel and full-price we were planning to pay to stay there, I would have been distraught had we paid at all after so many bugs! All in, the service at the front desk was very nice and they were able to help us move rooms quickly and efficiently without question and we appreciate that they comped our stay, however, we were very disappointed in the level of cleanliness for the hotel.

Great hotel great hotel staff!
The hotel was beautiful and convenient to drive to the National Parks. Staff was courteous and very helpful. The restaurant was awful ( food and service) but there were a couple of excellent restaurants next to the hotel- Desert Bistro was particularly wonderful. We ended up eating there three nights in a row!

Modern downtown Hotel
Modern clean hotel in the heart of Moab, just off Main Street. Very good food choices next door. Free parking was a bonus. Enjoyable pool and hot tub - both open in March. Quiet and efficient. Definitely a place we will be back to.

Absolutely love this hotel! Being there in February is amazing. Pool and hot tub are a great way to spend the evening.
