Sehr schönes hotel und sehr angenehm freundlich ............

We liked this hotel very much: it was modern, clean and very centrally located. Moreover, it offered a free parking nearby and a plentiful breakfast included in the price. The staff was fantastic, especially the bell-boy who walked all the way to our car with us to show us how to get to the hotel parking. He was also serving breakfast. All the staff spoke very good English. There are lots of places to order food in the area, so quarantine was not a problem at all food-wise. We stayed for two nights. After the first night, we had a bufet breakfast, and very tasty fish soup was one of the choices. After the second night, our breakfast was served to the table. The only thing we were not happy with was that they have smoking rooms, and one can smell cigarette smoke while waiting for the elevator, furtunately not in the non-smoking room that we had.

Great hotel, no complaints. Good breakfast buffet, fast internet, comfortable beds and working heating/air conditioning. Supermarkets, restaurants, bus stations, car rentals and everything your heart desires are in the immediate vicinity.

i was having problems booking a bus ticket - the person at the front desk booked it for me with his credit card and then i paid him - that would not happen in many places

very helpful staff - spoke good english - advised re how to get a Turkish sim ard - taxi stand opposite, places to eat very close by, small supermaket just opposite, 3 us dollar taxi ride to bus station

Gokhan was extremely helpful - helped us with our transportation to Pamukkale as well as Cappadocia. Came to assist us and lugged our luggage to the bus station even on his rest day. The room was pleasant, and location was near city centre.
