Top Hotel.

Unsere Buchung wurde zuerst nicht gefunden.. Wir bekamen dafür ein gratis Upgrade mit Burj View. Das Hotel ist ganz neu und noch nicht überall fertig. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht und dafür das Frühstück selber zusammengestellt und aufs Zimmer liefern lassen! Alles per iPad steuerbar. Mega! Die Aussicht vom Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist einfach ein Traum. Insta: bless.travel

We have stayed in 10+ hotels in Dubai since December. SkyView is probably our favorite. It’s a little pricey but worth it. Highly recommended.

Hotel is perfectly managed, e.g. COVID–measures are very thought through. Bad luck on check-in: twice given a room, where previous guests had smoked. The third „attempt“ was successful and we ended up in a very nice, extremely clean and comfortable room. Mr. Kevin, the duty manager, was very helpful. 4 things to consider, when you choose this hotel: -location: great pools, walking distance to the Dubai mall and the Burj...but surrounded by high-performance roads. However, windows and balcony doors are of good quality. -guests: a lot of „influencer-, instagram-, wannabee-people“ with challenging behaviour. The hotel measures to prevent the spread of covid19 are close to perfect, the behaviour of all these beautiful people who stayed there wasn‘t...this kind of people is partly responsible that Dubai has to tighten the rules again. -name/expectation: sky-view sounds nice but may contribute to misguided expectatios. The rooms are located between floors 4 and 15, the deluxe rooms only up to level 9. Up to level 9 the view out of the window is limited by another building for rooms to the left of the elevator. The rooms are great and if you spend you‘re day at the pool this is no big deal. But don‘t come with wrong expectations beacause of the name „sky view“. -for undisturbed views book the Burj Khalifa Deluxe room. -it‘s Covid19-time, so no strangers sit in my car. Valet parking is not acceptable to me and I always self-park. The valet guys made it difficult...every day

Beautiful Hotel!

The hotel itself is awesome , great pool and great facilities however service was horrible. Requested a early checkin instead got a late checkin not even on time checkin. Ordered in room dining , it didn’t arrive. Then called them to check on it and they said they never got the order even though it showed on my charge then they finally sent it. Called front desk numerous times from the room. No answer after repeated calls. 4th attempt and after some hold time finally someone answered. Long que at reception counter because they usually only have one or max 2 people checkin in and out everybody for this big of a hotel. Overall hotel was amazing and enjoyed the hotel. Gorgeous but service was horrible

The room was quite big for a standard one. It was spotless, huge bathroom with bathtub and shower. The pool on the 54th was fantastic, just come early as it gets full very suivkly especizlly on weekends. The staff from reception to valet parking was outstanding. The common areas really were of high standing. My overall feeling was ox great luxury. The only down is the breabkfast buffet which for me was not varied enough i thknk compared to my other stays in luxury hotels.
