Good Stay
It was a nice hotel. Restaurants and food within the hotel are pricey though, but they have good options. It is pretty centrally located for site seeing. Valet service is pricey too, but it is very convenient and easy to use at $40/night. You can come and go as many times as you want throughout the day and it is still only $40/night. Thee rooms have a nice view as well.

Small hiccup at check-in, but overall excellent!
This was my first time staying at the hotel, and overall it was wonderful. The front desk had a hiccup at the time of check in (computer systems were offline and they could not complete check-ins). However, they offered me a GC for food/drinks, and 30 minutes later the proceeded to manually get me checked in so I could go to my room. I would absolutely stay here again!

The Westin Bonaventure is my absolute favorite hotel! Everyone was amazing from the bartenders to the bellhops to the front desk. The beds and pillows were comfortable, LA Prime was delicious the cafe was so great with wonderful options and super affordable. Perfect stay.

I was in a room that was connected to another unit by a door - there was a couple with kids next door yelling in Spanish and cooking all day . I felt like I was sleeping outside and in someone’s kitchen . Smell of food was so bad despite towels we placed on the door connecting us . Terrible

My second time staying here! This hotel is really nice. Super clean and easy to access on and off the freeway. Walkable distance to shopping and food. I love that there’s valet parking because I don’t need to worry about my car’s safety. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff are very friendly as well.

Good night's stay!
Pros: the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was strong, all the outlets worked (not loose neither), check-in was easy. Elevators were fast and clean. LA Prime restaurant was tasty. Location of the girl was just what we needed. Walking distance to other restaurants, shops, etc. The views from the elevator and the room was nice. Cons: valet parking only, finding check-in was a little tricky. Room was angled, so the entrance was narrow on the way in. Valet parking to leave takes a minute, many cars leaving and entering, so be prepared for that.
