Adara is in a good area and the service is always great.

Great place , quiet location , great communication

Spacious rooms with good wardrobes and cupboards. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure.

Very clean with friendly staff. Didnt like going down an alleyway to get into the building

Room was lovely. However only having one key was a problem. We had to stay together.

A solid, modern apartment hotel. Down the southern end of Sydney Rd Brunswick, so good access to cafes, bars, public transport. Well equipped rooms with balconies, giant windows and good blockout blinds. Being elevated with a district view is much better than what most CBD hotels offer. Rooms are a little sterile as with most serviced apartments but they had gone to some effort to make it homey with soft furnishings. My only disappointment is that the bedrooms are a little small and only have queen-sized beds but to be fair that is very clear when booking.

I had an event on, and when I went out on veranda I put my hand on railing and got dust all over my outfit, we seemed to have a disabled bathroom and the floor got very wet after having a showing and when we got up through the night to use the toilet the floor was all wet and had to use a tow to dry it, in the morning we went to have a tea and the milk one of the milks we put in our tea was lumpy, that turned us off using any of the other milks.

Was okay walls and windows were dirty could try clean them once in while and wouldn’t have wrote such an average review

Brunswick is a gritty neighbourhood, it’s dirty, it’s semi industrial and alive, busy with street art, live music, buskers, cultural clashes like falafel and beer and while I appreciate all this and did when the suburb was my home for a decade, to walk back to this apartment room on the sixth floor with a hundred and eighty degree views out over the rusty tin roofs of the terraces all the way to the smoky city spires or across to the mystical towers of Doncaster shopping town is to see and appreciate Melbourne totally anew. Too rabbit hutchy to live in long term but fabulously well appointed for a few days stay. Loved it!
