The William Apartments Jesmond

Always clean and fresh. Road noise is OK except when hoons carry on.

Overall I liked the property and would stay again. The main issue I had was with cleanliness. When I had a shower this morning there was finished containers of soap and shampoo left there.

The apartment was adequate for a one night stay, bed was comfortable, water was hot (once we worked out the bathroom basin had been incorrectly plumbed), kitchen utensils left a bit to be desired - there was only one fork for two of us and only 2 teaspoons. only dishwasher detergent (but no actual dishwasher) to wash dishes. The biggest downside was the lack of onsite parking with the only other option being the very narrow street.

Great place, I did have a room outside the BBQ area where other guests had a gathering and were noisy, however, this dispersed around 10pm so no complaints Room was clean comfortable and good value

Unfortunately the unit was filthy. It’s a shame because it could be so nice! It’s big and has everything you need however the drains in the bathroom smelled of sewage and the first thing I did when we arrived was sweep the floor and wipe all the kitchen down (the stove had food and grease on it still). The walls were full of dirty stains the place is in serious need of a paint job. Check in was excellent received a text with all info/ door code before we arrived.

I booked my stay at William St apartments but received a text from Jesmond Executive Villas saying my booking was there, despite a different booking on hotels.com It was okay, there was a spa bath, but it was quite noisy being on the main road.

After reading reviews on this property I was a bit worried, but once we arrived and checked in i was relieved. The overall cleanliness of the place was okay - although the bedsheets looked slightly off white so not sure if stained or clean. People making noise outside was easily heard but we only stayed one night so it wasn’t too much of a drama.

Good units always tidy

it was clean and very quit .. but parking was issue. on the website it says it have free parking but when we received the code to enter the unit on the day at 2pm, text message said place have limited park but we can park off street, which we end up doing.Bed are very soft and WiFi is free but connecting to it whole long process of login to their website.. long process. we just wanted to connect our phone quickly.

I like the quiet street it’s in. I didn’t like the parking, not suitable for 4x4 wagon or twin cabs which everyone even me seemed to have.
