Hotel Fasano Salvador

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much for the staff from the bell boy to the receptionist to the pool staff. They were brilliant!!

Good accommodations, excellent restaurant and impeccable service at the poll bar.

Upon checking in, my partner and I wanted to change before dinner as we were meeting local friends. One of our cousin picked us up at the airport and drove us to the hotel and was not allowed up to our room while we changed. We booked a 1 BR Suite so its not like there wasn't couches or a place for him to sit. They gave us a major hassle. All we wanted to do was change and then go out. It created issues later on in the night as discussions about leaving the property came to fruition. the next day they explained they 'Forgot" to tell us there is a form he can fill out to go up. I advised them this was their fault by not following procedure and advising us of this policy and the fact this is a 5 star hotel is concerning. Also, the area is not the best so I get the policy, but It was 5pm, not 2am where I am sure there are some interesting things going on. Other than that the hotel is beautiful! The breakfast could use an improvement in selections

Compared to the Fasano in Rio and Sampa this is brand new. The others need renovations!!

Hotel confortável e padrão Fasano, ótimas instalações, atendimento e serviço. Atento as regras de higiene e precauções por conta da pandemia do COVID com disponibilidade de álcool gel em todos os ambientes e máscaras. Destaque para a bela vista da baía de todos os santos no rooftop. Também nos deram upgrade de quarto e outros mimos por conta do aniversário de casamento. No jantar minha esposa achou o arroz negro que acompanhou o polvo grelhado um pouco salgado, mas não chegamos a reclamar para avaliar qual seria a medida tomada para resolver o problema. Ganhamos uma sobremesa de cortesia pelo aniversário de casamento. Experiência satisfatória no geral, vale o alto custo da diária.

Tudo incrível, hotel impecável e café da manhã inesquecível. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Único ponto foi o café da manhã gratuito para 4 pessoas que garanti na reserva com o meu selo hoteis.com que não especificava que os 4 deveriam ser hóspedes do hotel, conforme informado pela recepção no checkin.
