Lennox Hotel Miami Beach

Schönes, modernes Style-Hotel in guter Lage von South Beach. Das Personal war durchgängig sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Direkt neben dem Hotel befinden sich ein Nachtclub sowie aktuell eine Baustelle - begünstigt durch die obendrein etwas hellhörigen Zimmer lassen sich die nächtlichen Emissionen leider nicht schönreden, daher etwas Punktabzug. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem erstklassigen Hotel und würden ganz bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen.

Neues Hotel: daher sieht sensationell aus. Sehr nettes Personal. Einzig was ich bemängle ist die Musik welche auf den Gängen angespielt wird; viel zulaut,man hört die Musik im Zimmer (ich verstehe nicht warum man dies macht ...)

This hotel is amazing! Beautifully styled by Argentinean designer and great friendly people working at the hotel. Felt very welcomed and seen at all time. We had a great room with direct entrance to the pool, gorgeous! Beds were great as well. Highly recommend this hidden gem in South Beach and will definitely return!

We were extremely disappointed with our room. It was located on the first floor with window directly facing a wall, leaving no exposure to light. It felt like we were in a prison cell. In addition, the kitchen was nearby, and throughout the early morning we were constantly awoken by staff opening and closing the loud door. We couldn’t wait to go home and sleep peacefully. The property overall looks nice, staff was great, but the room made for a horrible experience.

The Lennox was amazing!! The entire hotel was clean, the room was spacious enough for the Hubby and I, and the courtyard with the pool was so beautiful and relaxing. The service was great as well with them accommodating our late flight by letting us store our bags there after check out. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and always smiling. The location was ideal in that it was far enough from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and Espanola Way! The added bonus of having free beach chairs and an umbrella a block away was fantastic as well. If ever traveling to Miami Beach again, the Lennox would be our first and only pick for lodging!

We loved our stay at Lennox Hotel! Our main priority in picking a place to stay was making sure we would have a patio and the one we had did not disappoint! The customer service was amazing from the second we walked up to the door. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel, other than a few hours hanging by the pool, but for what we needed it was perfect. The rooms were on the smaller side but since we didn’t spend much time in them and we had a patio, it didn’t matter. The bathroom was nice and big, though! We will definitely be back.

It was great. The hotel is very well maintained. The service was fantastic. It would have been great if the bar/restaurant was open, but with Covid I understand.

Had great reviews and a personal recommendation, but as a seasoned traveler, it was a bit disappointing. Covid aside, they need to up their game in the service area. Rooms only cleaned after the third day. No organized towel service. Had to ask MULTIPLE times before getting fresh ones. How about a bag with dirty ones guests leave outside then fresh ones delivered? That’s what other hotels do. Also had to ask numerous times for more coffee pods and fresh cups. Got the pods, had to drink out of dirty cups. Staff was friendly and kept asking if they could do anything else, but I stopped asking when requests weren’t fulfilled. Advertised breakfast, which was serviced by the same waiter that was also the pool attendant and bartender. Continental breakfast that could have been set out instead of waiting for a croissant and some coffee. Overall, nice place, but pretty obviously understaffed.

I really liked this boutique hotel. The aesthetic is beautiful with modern accents, calming wood and moss. The rooms are also very nice and well laid out. The only downside is the club next door. I had to switch rooms since the music was so loud. The service was good and there was visible cleaning throughout the building.
