Ken and Alejandra have built a mountain paradise. The accommodations are first rate and their grounds are amazing. The breakfasts are excellent with fresh grown and made foods. It is more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. They are in the mountains north of San Jose. We had a rental car and no problems moving around. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Finca Paraiso!

Absolutely stunning property! Finca Paraiso is idyllic, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Ken and Alejandra are detail-oriented, friendly, and responsive and easy to communicate with. My partner and I stayed 7 nights at Finca Paraiso in September in the Deluxe Bungalow, and we couldn't have made a better choice! We were seeking a quiet mountain getaway and we got that and so much more. The grounds are beautiful, and our bungalow was roomy, well appointed (complete with hot tub!) and had a spectacular panoramic view of the mountains. It felt so secluded and private. However, the true delight was the superb hospitality we received from our host Alejandra. The daily authentic Costa Rican breakfast was of the freshest ingredients and consistently delicious! Every day’s offerings were unique, and Alejandra took great care to ensure we were satisfied. She was so gracious and accommodating. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and brought us even more appreciation for Costa Rica and its lovely people.
