We were a family of 8 adults,We had an amazing stay at the Duyen Ha Resort!! Its 5 star all the way and the staff are so friendly and helpful, The resort and the beaches were breath taking, Villa with private pool was perfect for our family. Amazing staff, lovely hotel

Absolutely amazing staff! Room cleaning service was actually too good, they clean and change the sheets too much. Food was okay, not sure about if they have bakery in-house, but all pastry / sweets are delicious. One thing though, some facilities are not on 5 star level at all. Main pool planks MUST be changed guys. Especially around the kids area they're too worn out, some places have rusty screws sticking out. I think they started to upgrade because one half of the pool had new planks, other side not. We stayed at 12th floor with balcony and sea view. There also, planks have bad condition. With some upgrades it would be too notch! The resort itself is well kept and maintained. Staff super friendly. Beach is not that great comparing to the neighboring hotels (we've been to most of them). All in all it was great! Will come again. Hope they take the constructive criticism :).

Great resort if you are looking for a place for resting. There are not a whole lot options for dining. I was hoping for more vietnamese dining options. As a vietnamese resort, one would think it would offer or show case vietnamese cuisine but you see Japanese, Chinese Korean options. I am a little disappointed. I travel to vietnam to taste Vietnamese food. There are some vietnamese seafood restaurants nearby but they are located on the other side of the street. It takes 10 mins walk, not far at all. However I was not impressed with the cleanliness of that area. It’s much more like a ghetto part of the area. I can’t blame the people living there. There is free bus shuttle that would take you into town, about 40 mins away. It is a long drive. It is busier and has many options for food and sight seeing. But access to the beach is much nicer at the resort, less busy, more privacy, and available pools and washrooms, and services. Overall, I’m happy with the resort stay. Just wish more authentic local dining options.

숙소도 깨끗하고 화장실도 넓어 편안한 시간을 보냈어요 마지막날 프라이빗 비치에서 좀 놀려고 아무 생각 없이 바다에 들어갔는데 허벅지 정도 들어갔는데 갑자기 파도에 휩쓸려 해변이랑 너무 멀어졌어요 그래도 구조요원분들께서 잽싸게 구하러 오셔 바로 나올 수 있었어요 하지만 남자친구는 달랐어요 구조요원께서 밧줄을 던져 밧줄을 잡고 끌어서 구조를 하던 도중 밧줄이 끊어져버려 위험한 상황을 맞이 할뻔했어요 간신히 구조요원의 도움으로 옆에 로프를 통해 밖으로 나왔는데 로프에 무슨 문제가 있었는지 온몸이 피투성이였어요 나중에 가드분이 빨간 깃발이 있으면 물에 들어가면 안된다 말씀하셨어요 하지만 제가 갔을때는 이미 바다에 많은 분들이 있었고 빨간깃발은 베트남국기가 빨간색이니 그냥 그런가보다하고 대수롭지않게 생각하고 바다에 들어갔어요 나중에 보니 베트남 말로 들어가지 말라는 글자가 적혀있긴했어요 이렇게 위험한 파도였다면 애초에 다른 사람들도 바다에 진입자체를 막았어야 되지 않나 안타까웠어요 이 글로 인해 혹시 구조요원들께 누가 되지 않았으면 좋겠네요 그분들은 최선을 다해 구조해주셨고 너무 감사하게 생각하고 있습니다 하지만 호텔차원에서 안전장비점검이 필요하다는 말씀은 드리고 싶어 긴글을 남기게 되었습니다

Duyen Ha is beautiful. We stayed in a villa which was spacious and very clean. The resort is family friendly and quiet. The staff are helpful but there was language barrier as most did not speak english. Their cocktails around the pool area were not really up to par. Its unfortunate they only sell wine by the bottle.

버기를 부르면 안내한 시간에 오지 않는 경우가 대부분이다. 누락도 세번이나 있었고 버기를 20분이상, 30분이상 기다린 적도 있었다. 버기 지연으로 정해진 약속 시간을 지킬 수 없어 곤란했다. 숙박내내 전혀 개선되지 않았다. 조식당 테이블 매트도 더러웠고 집게 받침에는 큰 벌레가 있었다. 무료 발마사지 서비스가 있었는데 다른 유료 손님을 위해 마사지사가 두번이나 교체되었다.(30분 서비스였는데 마사지사가 3명) 개인풀과 레이트체크아웃 서비스만 만족스럽고 그 외에는 정말 불편한 리조트였다.

- 가격 : 2박에 약 25만원 정도를 지출했습니다. 이정도 규모, 서비스에 2박 25만원이라면 굉장히 훌륭합니다. 다만 익스피디아에서 7세 어린이에 대해 추가금이 발생한다는 고지가 정확하지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 내용 중에 별도의 추가금이 징수될 수 있다 기재돼 있지만 아쉬운 부분입니다. 분명 제가 결제할 때 인원과 아이들의 나이를 기재하고 나온 비용을 결제했는데 여기에 추가비용이 발생해 불편했습니다. 이 부분은 설명이 더 자세히 필요한 것 같습니다. - 숙소 : 프리미엄룸에서 지냈는데 콘도보다 훨씬 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 자연 속에 있는 듯한 느낌, 마치 빌라에서 지낸 것 같은 느낌, 발코니도 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 다만 어른 2, 어린이2가 묵기에 킹베드는 조금 작은 것 같아 엑스트라 베드(추가 비용 발생)를 추가하거나 싱글 베드 2개를 요청하는게 나을 수도 있으니 검토해보세요. - 직원 서비스 등 : 직원들의 서비스는 아주 만족했습니다. 직원들이 대체로 영어를 잘하네요. 룸에 부족한게 있거나 버기카를 부르면 신속하게 처리해줍니다. - 수영장 : 수영장은 총 2개가 있고 전용 해변이 있습니다. pool 1은 어린이용 풀장과 성인용 풀, 자쿠지로 구성돼 있습니다. 어린이용 풀은 버섯 조형물에서 물이 떨어지는 곳이고 수심이 얕아 놀기 좋습니다. 성인풀은 1.8미터가 가장 깊은 곳입니다. pool2는 어린이용 풀과 성인풀로 구성돼 있습니다. 어린이풀은 미끄럼틀이 2개 있고 수심이 얕습니다. 어른풀은 1.8미터입니다. 리조트의 규모에 비해 수영장을 이용하는 사람이 많이 없습니다. 2025.6.3~6.5 기간 동안 이용했고 수영장에 있는 베드를 여유있게 이용했습니다. 또한 해변가에도 베드가 있고 해변 가기 전 비치발리볼 하는 곳에도 누워 쉴 수 있는 곳이 있습니다. 타올을 깔고 쉴 수 있습니다. 휴양하기 정말 좋은 곳입니다. 인근에는 식당이 있고 음식의 질과 맛, 가격도 괜찮았습니다. - 얼리 체크인, 레이트 체크아웃 : 2박 이상이면 둘 중 하나가 가능하다고 합니다. (객실 상황에 따라 다르다고 함) 저는 레이트 체크아웃을 신청했고 프리미엄룸에서 20시에 체크아웃을 했습니다. - 드랍오프 서비스 : 공항으로 드랍오프 서비스가 무료로 제공됩니다. 픽업 서비스도 제공되는 것으로 알고 있습니다. - 나트랑 셔틀버스 : 무료로 하루 2회 셔틀버스가 운영됩니다. 여건이 되면 24시간 전 미리 신청해서 셔틀을 이용할 수 있습니다. - 2박 3일 동안 숙소 비용 25만원, 어린이 1명에 대한 추가비용 약 5만원, 식당 이용 요금 약 6만원 정도 해서 총 36만원 정도 지출을 했습니다. 아주 만족하며 추천 드립니다.

Dog's paradise

Perfect for dog walkers!!! I went to the resort with my pet. They are very pet friendly. The beach is huge if you walk along the beach you can see native fishers AND NATIVE DOGS. Of course you can only walk between 5-6am bcz of Sun. You can order for a dog too.

Wouldnt recommend this hotel, too far.

Hotel room was spacious, has nice ocean views and the buffett breakfast was great with lots of variety. The downfall was the service, location and the hotel is outdated. Went to the sky deck and that needed a re-vamp. Location was 40mins from city center and there are no shops or any resaturants near the hotel. You are forced to eat at the hotel and the food was basic. As for service, the staff were quick to say no before checking thing. Lack of positive atritude and a service mind.
