The cons at this hotel: no daily housekeeping service, pervasive smell of cigarettes in the hotel, loud dog barking from the "pet floors" (very audible in the first floor restaurant). The hotel room also doesn't have a microwave, or accessible power outlets at the bedside tables. And, the walls are fairly thin, so you hear your neighbors.
The pros: central location, a casino, and the beds were comfortable.
We ate at the main restaurant on the first floor and it took half an hour to receive breakfast. Overall the meals were reasonably tasty. The area itself has a few restaurants nearby, but overall the downtown is very rundown. If you aren't going to the casino, I would skip staying at the hotel.
