Great little quiet place just down from Flagler Avenue. Easy beach access and check in was seamless. Wish pool was bigger and heated but can’t win them all. Would easily stay here again. Staff was very pleasant at check in.

We loved the clean and updated 2 bedroom unit and balcony. Unfortunately our neighbors were noisy and smoked on their balcony and the smoke wafted into our unit. The proximity to beach is a big plus.

Very nice, clean, quiet property, literally 30-second walk to the beach. Spacious, had privacy, which made up for not overlooking the beach as we expected. 10 a.m. check out is firm. We were gathering the last bit of stuff we had, and 10am, they were at the door for us to be gone, lol! We had a really good time here with no major issues! Booked again for next year with 2 extra days added! Can not wait!!

The place was clean. It was roomie. Only problem was I didn’t get the king size bed that I booked for at a queen size bed and the mattress seemed to like sink down about 8 inches called the front desk. Somebody came out told us it was a new bed. It wasn’t a new bed

Stay in New Smyrna Beach

The stay was cold. Around 50 degrees one day. The hotel was OK but it was more than I needed. The hotel itself is 2.6 miles to the main shopping on Flagler. Would stay there if I was bringing my family but probably not when traveling alone.
