Hampton Inn Butler Pennsic stay

Top notch service by Theresa at late nite check in. Super clean, giant handicap accessible bathroom, quiet at nite, outstanding breakfast bar and public gathering area. Loved everything about my stay here. Coming back to this hotel next year again.

While sleeping, someone opened the door but because I had the security thing over the lock, it prevented them from entering. When I told the front desk about it, they just gave me a new key. Very scary.

Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast good, the area was clean. They could use a few more fresh fruit choices. During a four day stay, the only complaint was noisy wedding parties returning in the wee hours Sunday am, disturbing our sleep. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

Cold shoulder

The lobby was cold,( had recommended to have staff not walk in front of the door to help ) they walked in front several times after the suggestion! Not comfortable to eat breakfast, or play card games while waiting for better temps outside. The pool would have been a warm place to play, it was closed for our 7 day stay. The room struggled to heat.

Always a nice stay

Is always nice to stay. Could of used a better vacuum. There chips and pizza crumbs. I will stay again absolutely, but will request they vacuum again before we check in.

Great location. Near stores and restaurants. It was clean . But we literally got very little sleep though. The phone rang at 3:20 a.m. waking us up, no one on other end. Roughly around 4:30 a.m. a bunch of guys were walking down the hallway yelling and talking loud.

We stayed for 4 days, and we did not get any maid service while we were there. I also slipped while in the shower as they had no slip resistant grips on the shower floor and had recently removed the shower mats that they normally keep in the room for a corporate inspection.
