Sadly we had no hot water for the first 12 hours we were there. Offered several different excuses as to why and for me neither were believable. Other guests were offered 30 % discounts and we were advised since we used Expedia to book there was nothing they could do. Ice machines only worked on one floor our entire time there. Breakfast buffet was OK and did give us a good start to the day. Nothing extravagant but we only took advantage on one day. Staff extremely friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities. We understand things happen outside of ones control and this was just a stay that saw that.

Elevator issues. Stains on carpet. Areas need to be painted. Generous size rooms. Bedding is always excellent.

Elevator was very sketchy and was inoperable part of one day... There were things that they put as amenities and were not available.... They're checking system was never working right when we checked in... Breakfast did not have half of the stuff that they were supposed to have....

The front desk workers was super friendly and helpful. However, we had to change rooms at 10:30pm. The shower in our first room did not work at all (the water would not come out) and there was a black dirty substance on the ceiling above the beds. Our second room was much better. The breakfast in the morning was less than enjoyable. The pancake machine was down, some of the milk tasted outdated, there weren’t many options to make up for the missing pancakes.

There was no cleaning done in the public areas or pool during my entire 4 day stay. There was massive clumps of dirt in the stairwells as well as a "prophylactic" hanging eye level for my young child to have to look at if we used the stairs. It was still there when we left. There was garbage and hair balls all over the floor in the pool that were never cleaned up either. It was disgusting.

Had a mouse in our room. Telephone in our room did not work. Old cups and trash behind bed. Dresser drawers were dusty and dirty could not use for putting our cloths in. Pancake maker was broken. Dirty workout towels were never washed, they were in the dirty pile for 4 days. Only 1 person on staff every evening.
