Fun in the Sun
Oceans 2700 was nicer than I expected. It is not oceanfront but it is only 1 block back and has no ocean view. It is very basic but nice. There are no frills but it is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Parking is convenient. There is no elevator but they have ground floor units. The unit had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker and small desk area with chair. The beds were comfortable and they supplied beach towels. Basic and clean for a hotel room. The front office staff is super nice. It is definitely convenient to the boardwark! I would return.

Best Surprise in VA Beach!!
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We had a short overnight girls trip, to the beach and pick this hotel due to price. I was fearful that it wouldn't be nice and would be run down. The staff was super friendly and helpful when asking directions around town. I was so impressed that this will be on my list of places to stay.

Great experience hotel wise
Overall great stay. The people who work there have great attitudes and greet you with a smile. No problems at all. Pretty clean only thing is could have used more pillows but that's about all I can say about it that's anywhere near negative and I think it's a great hotel especially for the price which beats most other hotels especially at the ocean front. I recommend for sure for sure.

Clean, quiet close to beach
Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean. Location was ideal for beach and boardwalk. It was quiet. Good deal for the $$, although the $12 resort fee was absurd given that no way was this any sort of resort. We are allowed to keep our car in their parking lot after we checked out while we enjoyed a few more hours on the beach, which we appreciated. We’d stay again.
