This is a beautiful heritage hotel and resort. It is located in a lovely part of the Okanagan Lake. The property has been beautifully maintained, and the resort features a number of wonderful amenities: two excellent restaurants, a spa, gym, and so forth.

The hotel itself is nice - room was nice, however, couldn't open the sliding glass door as directly below, there was a massive ventilation system that was very noisy and smelly with exhaust from the kitchen. This took away from the quality of the stay. The rooms that face the exhaust fans should be avoided.

The hotel is old and noisy, the rooms small and could use a good scrub. The blinds were rickity and stay open, and the floors were dirty. The whiskey bar was super noisy at night and kept us up u til after 1am
