We stayed at this resort for 10 days! The first 5 days our bathroom ceiling was leaking and no matter how many times they tried to fix it, it would not work! The check in was fast and lobby has no A/C but is tolerable. Restaurant reservations was smooth and Miss Angelica Hernandez at guest services made every reservation easy for us. The pools were clean but filled with children and kinda noisy! Also the pool hours are strange, they close the pool right when the sun is about to go down at 6.00PM! Also the Expedia representative try to get you to go for a 60 minute ride around property and give you a free gift bag in order to sign you up for their vacation club, but you can always reject them!! Our 2nd 5 days after they changed our room was fantastic and the best part of this resort is the VIP beach access in which we used daily with bar and beautiful cabanas. The buffet was very good and had verities every day, also order to made breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff were very nice and helpful. Mr. Leo, Expedia rep was great help and very polite gentleman and made sure we had everything we needed!! Also Mr. Dilson at front desk was very polite and helpful, the maid service was also available daily on requests and was very good. Shuttle to take you to other properties around was very prompt and airconditioned! Over all we had a good stay and will return if the price is right.
