It’s not like any other normal hotel, each room are way too small. Just a bed And a mirror. Hardly any space to walk. It’s like a big closet size room with a bed N a window, that’s it. Not recommended at all

This hotel is disgusting, rooms are dirty, entire property suppose to be smoke free and the entire hotel smell like weed including my room that I stay in. A horrible experience I will never come back again. The staff don’t care about their customers and so rude never been to a hotel like this.

This property was terrible. I reserved a room for 3 nights and when I got there they had given my room to someone else and basically left me homeless for a couple of hours in the Bronx NY carrying a bag with me. I'll never rent from them again. Wish i could give them a worse rating.

6/10 Good

I stayed there for three nights. No one bothers me at all but the noise at night made me uncomfortable and some times couldn’t sleep probably. The hot water only existed on day time when I am out but at night it was cold at my shower. The area around was good but all eyes where at me and that did not make me feel safe at all. I really like that room even though it was not what I expected.it was a good trip for me after all every thing else that I did out the hotel made me more positive and the hotel did not bother me that much.

My room was disgusting. My bed had cigarette ashes on the blanket. My sheets were nasty. But the bed was made. The walls were dirty with food and dirt. The floors had dirty shoe stains on them. The shower curtains were mildew and the tub needed to be scrub. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I could get my money back I would. Housekeeping came back to change my sheets and blanket but she cleaned the floor with a smelly mop. Gross! I hate this place!

NEVER AGAIN!!
First and last time. I rented here for the parking availability and very disappointed to know they don’t have parking. Although it says it all around the building. After driving for 2 hrs looking for a parking I finally get to my room and when I tell you it smelled like an ashtray I mean it literally. I complained and the answer was if I needed a pray. I was only in ny for the weekend for a family event so didn’t have time to try and fix the issue at the moment. I really should have asked for some type of discount or another room but that wasn’t even a choice they gave me.

Very Bad and Dirty Hotel
This hotel was very dirty. Towels and bed cover had hair stuck to them it was knitted into the fibers. Just gross. The floor seemed like it had not been cleaned in days. The bath curtain had mold on the bottom of it and the mattresses were filthy dirty. The only chair in the room was made of fabric but that too was filthy dirty. Just bad. Pictures on this site totally give a misinterpretation of what the facility really looks like. It was very noisy all night. I understand it was not in a good area but cleanliness has nothing to do with a good or bad area. The staff was rude and did not offer any valuable information. I had never been to New York before and unfortunately had a very bad experience at this hotel. I do not recommend it.

2/10 Poor

The reservation was made for me by another party. The “hotel” is not a true hotel. The floors were sticky in the tiny lobby and the check in staff is situated behind a billet-proof glass window with a small window. The corners of the floor were dirty and dusty, the rugs in the elevator filthy and had not been vacuumed in several days. When I arrived to the 4th floor where my room was, the floors were sticky as well, the smell of weed was strong in the hallway. When I entered the room, which was about 100 sq ft, the only thing clean was the bed sheets. The quilt was dusty and hasn’t been washed in a while. There was dirt behind the desk and the bed. The ceiling was peeling, and has fresh water leak stains. I couldn’t tell you what the bathroom looked liked because I left, returned the keys and walked out. It was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been to. Disclosure: this facility is not only a hotel. They lease out rooms to the NYC government to be used as temporary shelters for homeless individuals. I’m glad NYC has a place to do that, but they shouldn’t be allowed to rent out rooms as a hotel.
