Staff was nice. Hotel was dirty - hair in shower, rusted shower poles, elevator had only one working, toilet paper holder was broken, no sink stopper in bathroom sink, dirt and dust in all of the corners, peeling paint, etc

It was just ok. The room was dated and reeked of cigarettes. The staff was ok breakfast was pretty decent. Definitely could use some of those vending machines with a credit card reader because my $1.50 water took 2 dollars and gave no change.

I always stay with Crown Plaza when I am in town however this time housekeeping forgot to put soap and shampoo in the bathroom with tissues along with the bathroom sink didn't want to drain. However the front desk was amazing in all custome needs.

Hotel served it purpose but not great

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Check in was a horrible expereince that took 2 hours. It was the fault of the hotel being under staffed not the person at the desk. Room supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo was terrible. They were all nearly empty. Wall paper was coming off in the bathroom.

It was not the best day of anywhere we’ve been recently! Their Keurig coffee maker only had pods for decaf. The entire hotel only had decaf pods. That was a big no ! The back door key wouldn’t work – so therefore I had a really long walk! I walk with a cane – so it’s not that easy for me to walk long distances. Our room was right by the side door and we couldn’t use it! Wi-Fi didn’t work in the hotel. The shower went from hot to cold all the time while using it. And I don’t know why hotels do this, but they should have an opportunity to give someone a stepstool to get into the beds! They are way too high for normal size people Sadly, also the only day that the front desk was nice, was the very first day we checked in. After that they couldn’t be bothered.

This place was awful!!!! Arrived at 2:45 15 minutes before checking in only to discover the entire lobby was filled with people waiting to check in. Was not able to get in room before concert and got ready in a public bathroom. Air was broke so was elevator and pool. Do not stay here!!!!

Not a royal experience at the Crowne Cleveland

Reserved online, arrived 5 hours after check in time only to be told there were 15 reservations ahead of us waiting for the 2 queen room option. At this point we just wanted to go to bed so we took the room offered. No adjustments were made to our bill. The room was in total disrepair. No TV: missing light bulbs, broken curtains, bathroom fixtures, peeling wallpaper etc.

We arrived at 2:30 pm , we were told to write our name on a post it and they would call us. 12 hours later we have yet to receive a phone call. We came for a concert and went to the concert without a room. This has been a horrible experience.

Love the Crown Plaza!

We stay at this Cleveland hotel when we have an early flight out of the CLE airport! They offer a free shuttle to the airport! The hotel is absolutely 5 star! Clean, beautiful rooms, awesome bar and restaurant! Lotoya, the bartender is soooo awesome! Such a pleasure to be served by her!!

There was black mold all over the bathroom. We also chose to stay there because of the swimming pool and it was out of order. I will never stay there again. Check in said 3. I didn’t even get checked until after 430
