Hallway was dirty. We were supposed to have housekeeping on Thursday and they never came. Had to always take our own trash to floor 1 and throw it in the can, had to go to front desk to get fresh towels, police, fire department and hazmat there one day for possible drugs and staff exposure. People were smoking in a non smoking hotel.

Not a real kitchen.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great! It’s disappointing to stay at an “extended stay” hotel that advertises kitchen with stove and refrigerator but there is absolutely nothing to use. No pans. No dishes. No cups or silverware. Not even any paper towels. Not even the wrapped plastic cups most hotels provide for the bathroom. Not even any extra pillows. I might consider staying again if those needs are met.

There were groups of men standing around cars in the parking lot and the air outside and inside the hotel smelled like marijuana. I believe I saw a drug deal go down. The room next to mine was blasting music and my bed looked like a cot. There were big bags of trash lying around everywhere in the hallway. The carpet was stained and the smell of the whole place was not good.

Meh- you can do better somewhere else

It was convenient to highways. But, it had zero supplies for a so called extended stay. We purchased , elsewhere, a coffee pot, disposable plates and plastic ware, a knife to cut fruit, cups, coffee, tea, filters, napkins, paper towels, etc. We had 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 bar of soap. This is a barest of bones place. It had sheets, pillows, and a coverlet, but no table to place your food, unless 1 person wanted to sit at the small desk. The floor outside the elevator had stuff on the floor the entire 6 nights we were there. Not a horrible experience, but one I won’t repeat.

Never Again!

I hate to review this stay, but I'm stating my TRUTH. 1. Travel day: Upon traveling, I've tried calling the front desk numerous times to let them know I would be arriving later than expected. I had to contact the national number, and that took a while for the representative to inform the desk of my later arrival time. Awful. 2. Upon arrival, I noticed I would be on the 1st floor. I asked for a higher floor level, as I'm not comfortable as a solo traveler on the base floor. I was told matter-of-factly with no empathy that there was nothing they could do as housekeeping only cleaned a certain number of rooms that day. Didn't offer any solutions or notes to possibly move my room the next day or anything. 3. On day 2, being an "extended stay" hotel with a mini-kitchen, I asked about the cooking utensils. Little did I know they don't offer anything, "People bring their own". How is that possible if someone is flying from another state? I'm not bringing my kitchen from home. 4. My room key didn't work on day 1 of a 3 day stay. I went to the same clerk from the night prior. With a strange man, I would guess another guest was at the desk, and the clerk announced my room number, aloud...LOUDLY. Why would you do that, when less than 24 hours ago I told you I was uneasy about staying on the first floor? 5. My room key again didn't work on the 2nd day. Thankful I checked out on the 3rd day! The only bright moment was with Tierra! She smiled and was welcoming! She was the best!

Gave our room away....

We had a reservation and even sent a message via Hotels.com notifying the hotel we would need a late check in. When we arrived late last evening, we discovered our room had been given to someone else. Front desk guy looks like he was recently busted out of jail. He gave us a different room, and not once asked for our ID or confirmation information. We will never stay here and Hotels.com needs to better at communicating with guests when messages are sent to the hotel at the time of booking acknowledging things like late check in requests.

Front desk lady saus she can do a refund but her boss has to approve it since they got a new system 3 days ago she gets ahold of the boss and he just says stright up we dont give refunds

I didn't like anything about this property. My room was not ready when i arrived, i waited an hour and half before the receptionist went upstairs to get the room ready because there was no house keeping at that moment. Finally this guy( receptionist) came down and handed me the key to the room. I went to my room and found out that everything in the room was dirty, from the linens in the bedroom to bathroom, the room was not cleaned after the last left. The room smells cigarette. This receptionist lied to me he went up to clean, he didn't do nothing, he just flip over the linen, (smart ass) I wasn't happy at all
