Amber at the front desk was very helpful and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to get us a great room with a view of Public Square. My deceased Mom had worked at May's and we had a perfect view for Mother's day weekend.

Me and my girlfriend decided to stay here for my 23rd birthday and it was perfect. The hotel was very clean and the hotel representatives were very polite and friendly. The restaurant was amazing, we both had the Chicken Parm, definitely what we both recommend. Also the hotel is in close proximity too everything. We easily walked too every destination which included the Guardians Stadium and the Jack. We 100% recommend staying here.
