    This Hotel, while a little tired, is very comfortable and convenient. I often stay here when I have to go to Perth for a night or two. Limited off street parking is an additional charge but reasonable. In house "pub" is welcoming. Easy walk everywhere in the CBD and to RPH.

    Comfortable, spacious (a walk-in wardrobe!) and clean room. It seems that the hotel has aged but everything was in a working order. I would request a room on a higher floors as on the 3rd one we could hear aircon from the neighbouring properties. Cafe downstairs has a very tasty breakfast.

    In my parents room we found that lights didnt work, power points not work, beds way to hard. Our room looks like it has been renovated, the beds are to hard. Would be great if a flannels or loafer was supplied to shower our selves.
